For recurring memberships, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current and valid.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before your next billing date. Any cancellation requests received after this time will be processed for the following billing cycle. Certain memberships may have minimum commitment periods as specified at the time of purchase.

4.4 Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For class packages, private sessions, or special events, refunds may be available under specific circumstances as outlined in our detailed refund policy available at our facility or upon request.

4.5 Class Booking and Cancellation

Members may book classes up to 7 days in advance. If you cannot attend a class you've booked, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the class credit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on your booking privileges.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Clearance

You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns. By participating in our programs, you represent that you have received appropriate medical clearance or have determined that you do not need such clearance.

5.2 Health Information

You agree to complete all required health questionnaires truthfully and to promptly update us regarding any changes to your health status that may affect your ability to safely participate in our programs.

5.3 Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, injuries, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and in rare cases, more serious health events. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in our programs.

5.4 Facility Rules

You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions regarding the use of our facilities and equipment. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and positive experience for all members.

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all members and staff. When using our Services, you agree to:

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, mobile applications, and in our materials—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content—is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

  • Using our materials for commercial purposes

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
